The purpose of the CSR/Fulfillment Specialist is to provide quality, professional customer service that exceeds expectations. The position is directly responsible for serving as the advocate to our clients. Ensuring that all orders and inquiries are fulfilled exactly as requested, or a reasonable solution has been implemented and communicated.
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)
Answer phones and handle request directly or forward to proper department if unable to assist.
Enter orders accurately and as specified via customer contracts, clearly communicating all special instructions to the Paq-Source team and client as needed.
Follow all orders from start to finish, ensuring that each one is fulfilled completely and correctly in a timely manner.
Update client information as updates are received.
Provide inside support to sales. Answering any of their questions and entering all incoming updated information into database, ie: quotes, contact updates, etc.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to compute conversions of material based on its units of measurement.
Excellent listening skills with a keen sense of detail.
Care for what you do and how you do it.
Customer centered, positive attitude.
